Great park with a river view. Pretty fountains and great playgrounds even for teens. Swings line the outside of the park overlooking the River.

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. You can take hold of a cocktail to take along and bask on your tour. The unlike drink recipes were very skilful. You lot get the opportunity to see the unabridged process from grain receiving through bottling and packaging. Very thorough and informative. The facility is very nice.

Definitely a real informative, fun, place to visit. Assurance that bated 3 hours or more if you want to watch all the videos available. Plenty of instruments for hands on playing. It's a self-pay paste tor, and then you tin take as much time every bit you similar.

Friends from Evansville mentioned the Preservation Station in conversation and said nosotros needed to visit. It is located in a one-time school building just outside of Owensboro. It is absolutely worth the trip! Information technology'due south an antique shopping experience, they have a restaurant, they offering quality furniture abs so much more. You truly tin can spend a good ii hours here walking through the former 2 story school. We will definitely be back and I highly propose visiting.

We visit Reid's every fall to go apple picking. The farm is beautiful! Many flowers and collywobbles in addition to the lively apple tree trees. The store offers a diverseness of apples, vegetables, broiled goods, and gifts. The apple cider slushes are succulent.

Love this park. Several bang-up locations to have family reunion, church picnics and mean solar day camps. Great playground and even a splash pad. The Parks and Rec exercise a swell job of maintaining it

We was at that place for our grandson'south baseball tournament. The ball fields were well kept and clean surroundings. Friendly staff and nice concession area. The recreation park was a squeamish place to walk and relax between games.

A slight detour from the main drag brings yous to this old tree which shows signs of a tough life. It's not a perfectly formed crown, but, rather a trivial ragged around the edges. Park on the side street and have a wait see. Dear these old citizens.

They just moved into a nice house for their offices they lady said she kept trying to get google to bring people up the front drive but it wont. They are in the middle of making a new path and once its done it will necktie the new in with the old. Information technology was a cute place and I think if nosotros had came in say June or July everything would exist in bloom and it would be fifty-fifty better. Id like to go back when it was all in bloom but we saw a lot that was its pretty fifty-fifty walk and mostly paved. I really liked this garden. They do accept free parking and merely a very modest access fee.

This is correct in betwixt the Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn and all are correct on the river. The riverfront is great in Owensboro, with live music, restaurants, etc all right there. The cafe in the convention center is good, besides.

Tranquillity park to walk on the paved trails or sit and relax. Nice place to bring a kite, too. Stay away when it is softball tournament though.

We went here on a rainy twenty-four hours, it was smaller than I expected, but information technology was a fun spot for the kids and adults to unwind and see the unlike things. It was a fun couple of hours. I remember they should have paw sanitizer things on the walls every and so often, but overall, everyone had a good fourth dimension.

As we now have family living in the Owensboro area, when visiting we accept had several opportunities to terminate in the Owensboro Antique Mall. Squeamish identify! Located downtown thus readily accessible to the entire region, it offers a broad variety of items of various sorts. Something and more for anybody'south tastes and interests! While there are some high-cease things for same, most are very reasonably priced. It must be pop, as the wares seem to turn over frequently. Easy and convenient parking. One can simply browse the facility to run across what is at that place, and walk out empty handed, or leave with items that one has been looking for but unable to find anywhere else - - even husbands tagging along with their wives and who would otherwise not exist interested in "antiquing"! Very much worth a stop to check information technology out!
