SUITABLE FOODS TO CHOOSE & Avert

  • Raw fruit (except assistant and avocado)
  • Fruit skins
  • Fibrous fruit (eg pineapple, citrus fruits)
  • Stale fruits

Simple Meal Ideas

Breakfast

  • Porridge, Weetbix, Vita Brits, Weeties, semolina – all cereals need to exist softened with warm milk.
